For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 10 days before arrival: No charge
- 7-10 days before arrival: 10% of total price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

How to get train ticket

Provide departure date and return date on Special Request section before completing payment
After get your payment, we will proceed your order.
Our staff send you a booking confirmation with train voucher.
You print the voucher to change ticket at Orinet Express counter in station (Hanoi: Tran Quy Cap station at No.20A Tran Quy Cap, Dong Da district; Lao Cai: in Lao Cai station).
